Here are a few photos from the Texas Renaissance Festival that my family and I attended last weekend. It was the first year we got to go and the place was huge! There was so much to see and so many shops. We had planned to see a lot of the shows, but always found ourselves on the opposite side of the grounds when the shows were going on. We did make it to the Ded Bob Sho though, which was awesome! My sister and I have been determined to see it ever since we found out about the festival two years ago. We were extra excited to find out that you could take pictures with Ded Bob after the show. And I do believe that this is the first time I'm making an appearance on DA. Now that you all know what I look like, you can find me at the next Texas Renaissance Festival (or actively avoid my goofy self). Totally going to go again next year!

You did a great job on compiling this series of images from your jaunt over to the Texas Renaissance Festival.

Glad you had a wonderful time meeting all of these unusual characters (though the guy dressed as the bat gives me the shivers ... spooky

And yes, we FINALLY get to see what Alicia Martinez LOOKS LIKE. Good deal.

And you know what, you don't even look your age ... you look younger in my opinion.

I think the best shot of the bunch is the one with you and the Ded Bob skeleton. Looks like you really enjoyed yourself.

Plus, I take it that you managed to pick up the blue celtic / dragon bag there as well?

Lastly, if I may ask, what are the pendants on your necklace ... just out of curiosity's sake.
